General Terms of Business

1. General

These General Terms of Business as amended at the time of order apply to the business relationship between the customer and Zell  Arazim pharmacy. Any changes, amendments or contradictory terms of business require our approval in writing. Access to and use of this website are subject to the terms of business stated below. Please do not use this website if you do not agree to them.

2. Conclusion of contract; reservation of right not to deliver; prices

Orders are placed by sending the filled in order form online. The contract becomes effective on acknowledgment by Zell Arazim pharmacy. If a product is not available at the time of dispatch of the other available remedies, the pharmacy will inform the customer about it on delivery of the other available remedies at the latest and refund any payments which may already have been effected. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Shipping charges are to be paid by the customer. Delivery is effected as soon as possible after the order has been placed, as a rule on the day following the placing of orders.

Standard products are delivered within 7 working days after ordering. Personal remedies are delivered within 28 working days from receipt of collection kit from customer by Zell Arazim Pharmacy.

3. Returns

Zell Arazim pharmacy will not accept returns of any goods correctly supplied as ordered.

4. Non receipt of orders

Occasionally parcels can be lost by the mail services. In this case we will resend the order after 10 working days.  This time is a guide, and when the mail services take industrial action, these may be extended.

Zell Arazim pharmacy will not be responsible for any loss or delay in transit, charges or customs clearance in customer's country. Our responsibility to the order will be deemed to have been met in full at the time of dispatch and by submitting order the customer is accepting these terms without recourse.

5. Subject to alterations

This website is owned by Zell Arazim pharmacy. It serves a purpose of information only. The information and opinions provided on this website are subject to alterations at any time and without prior notice. We therefore kindly ask you to look through this website again at your next visit and take note of any alterations/amendments.

6. Local legal restrictions

This website is not addressed to people who are not authorized to access this website according to the legal system they are subject to.

7. Guarantee

This website has been designed with all necessary care and to the best of our knowledge. It is constantly reviewed and updated by our staff. However, we do not guarantee that the information provided is correct and complete. We reserve the right to amend our website at any time, to alter or remove information or to stop publication temporarily or permanently.

The aim of our website is to inform you about our services in the field of health and prevention. However, visiting this site is no substitute for consulting a medical doctor.
